Courtney is a New York native and grew up in Orange County, which is located about an hour north of New York City. Living in close proximity to a large metropolitan area has inspired her dreams to work as a reporter or anchor for a television news program in a major market one day.

Courtney currently works as a news reporter for WVU’s campus radio station, WWVU-FM, where she broadcasts weekly on-air newscasts and gains experience creating news packages. She is also a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and National Society of Leadership and Success.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on the Mountaineers. She’s excited to see where her determined personality and passion for story-telling take her in this industry.
